You want the game on and a seat you do not have to fight for. Here is what game day looks like at Rolling Chefs, so you know before you drive over.
Big screens and a full bar
Big screens through the room and a projection screen on top of that. Hartwell's sports bar, in Omar's own words.
Want to know what is on before you come? Call (706) 988-9955 and ask.
Bring the group. There is plenty of parking, so a carful of people is not a problem.
What to eat while you watch
Game food you can eat with one hand while you watch, off the menu Omar printed in October.
- Wings, boneless or bone in. Buffalo, Fire, BBQ, Thai, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan or Carolina Gold, or plain, with ranch.
- Nacho Dip for the table. Tortilla chips, homemade chili, jack cheese, refried beans and queso. Add steak or shrimp if the table is hungry.
- Stuffed Tots, stuffed with cheese and bacon, with jalapeno ranch.
- Pretzel Bites with queso, and Fried Pickles with ranch or jalapeno ranch. Both are new on the October menu.
- Flat breads: Buffalo Chicken, Pepperoni, Italian, Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, and Spinach & Feta. Easy to share.
If you want a real meal instead of a pile of starters, there are ten craft smash burgers. The American Smash Burger, the Brew House, the Oklahoma Onion Smash Burger, the Fire Smash Burger, the Dilla Burger, the Brunch Burger, the Mushroom Swiss, the Pickle Pub Burger, the Bacon Jam Burger and the Chicken Chipotle Avocado Burger. Each comes with fries or chips, and any one can be a double.
Tacos as well. Omar's Street Tacos are the ones to start with, and after that Omar's Pork Street Tacos, the Won Ton Chicken Taco, Buffalo Chicken Tacos, and Shrimp or Salmon Tacos.
Two more built for a long afternoon: the Rib & Tender Basket, a quarter rack of baby back ribs with hand battered chicken tenders. It comes with slaw and fries. The other is the Shrimp Roll, ten fried jumbo shrimp in a toasted hoagie bun tossed in your choice of sauce.
What is behind the bar
Cocktails and beer on tap. Spirits and wine. Ask your bartender.

- Monday to Thursday, 11:00am to 9:00pm
- Friday and Saturday, 11:00am to 10:00pm

Sunday brunch. Omar posts the Sunday brunch start on the Rolling Chefs Facebook page, so check there before you come. A Sunday game and brunch is a reasonable way to spend a day.
